The Thameslink corridor north from South Croydon stops at London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, and St Pancras International — on which list sit the Tower of London, The Shard, Borough Market, Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Old Bailey, the British Library, Coal Drops Yard, the British Museum, and the Eurostar to Paris.
The corridor runs the other way too. Gatwick Airport is 17 minutes south on the same line — faster than the Heathrow Express from central London to Heathrow.
